Not Good Enough Tag

Picture1.png

I saw this on Kyera’s Library and thought it looked fun!! Make sure to check out her blog!

Onto the tag! I love questions that play around with personalities.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. You write down the names of 30 fictional characters on pieces of paper.
  2. You pick two names at a time and answer each of the 15 questions. For each question one of the two characters will be the one you believe fits best and the other is “not good enough”.

YOU ONLY HAVE ONE MORE SPOT ON YOUR SPELLING BEE TEAM, WHO WOULD YOU PICK TO COMPLETE YOUR TEAM?

HENRY WINTER (THE SECRET HISTORY) VS. PERCY JACKSON

Henry FOR SURE. He’d get all the super obscure words and probably be able to win the entire contest all on his own.

The Unique Blogger Award

unique blogger.png

I was tagged for the Unique Blogger Award by J.W. Martin– thank you!! I suggest you give him a follow if you haven’t, he’s very witty and has great opinions on books!

The Rules:

  • Share the link of the blogger who has shown love to you by nominating you
  • Answer the questions
  • In the spirit of sharing love and solidarity with our blogging family, nominate 8-13 people for the same award
  • Ask them 3 questions

If you had to blog about another topic, what it be?

Hmmm books are really one of the only things that I’m interested in enough to talk about forever that’ll never bore me, but if I’m ~mood blogging~ I’d say right now I’d blog about the k-pop band BTS. Because they’re my current obsession, so. I had a One Direction blog once a few years ago….it’s dead now, but it was fun while it lasted. Other than boybands, maybe photography or writing? I do love scrolling through picture blogs, looking at nice photos and learning tips…but I’m more of a consumer of photography blogs than a creator. Could be cool to give a shot, though.

The Raven Cycle Book Tag

ravencycle__span

I recently realized I’ve just passed the 1 year anniversary of this blog becoming a book blog on September 12, when I posted my review of The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater, effectively transforming this blog into a book blog because I needed a place to talk about it. It’s a terrible review, don’t go read it (I’m serious, I knew nothing about writing reviews). This series also rekindled my love of reading after college burned me out, and led me back to the book world :’)

The Liebster Award

3and3quarters.net

I’m procrastinating because it’s Friday and it’s been a long week, and Naty tagged me for this award and her questions were so pleasantly bookish I had to do them right away. Thank you, Naty!!

What book you wish you could un-read to experience it for the first time again?

Harry Potter. I mean, realistically I wouldn’t erase my mind of it because all my teen years were such an experience with it and my life literally revolved around Harry Potter and it taught me so much as a tiny youth, but I’d love to experience them again.

What’s your Hogwarts house?

Hufflepuff!
